The laservision plastic laser safety window P1P10 (6mm, OD 8+) features very high protection ratings within the wavelength area 1,030-1,400nm (D LB7 – IRM LB8) and an additional alignment protection at 635-690nm (RB1). The laser safety window offers a very good color view and a 16% VLT. It is an alternative to conventional green laser safety glass windows. This blue laser safety window is available in differet standard sizes and customized up to a size of 3,000 x 2,000mm. The thickness is 6mm. This window is CE marked.

The laser safety window P1P10 is a new blue absorbing laser protection filter without additional reflective coating. The protection is based on absorption of the laser light within the bulk material. With the variation of 6mm thickness laser safety windows could be implemented for the first time ever, which are even equal or higher than comparable mineral glass windows. The laser protection window has a daylight transmission of approx. 16%, is CE certified and available in different dimensions and with 3 or 6mm thickness. A broadband laser protection exists from 635nm to 11,500nm. It is especially suitable against disc- and fiber lasers with an OD8+ at 1,030-1,400nm (D LB7 + IRM LB8) and against 960nm laser diodes and Nd:YAG lasers. It also exists an additional alignment protection between 635 and 690nm. Please calculate required protection levels before using the laser safety window and compare with the filter provided.
